Refund and returns are possible.

We accept returns in time frame of 5 days after receiving your order. Returned product must be undamaged and unused.
We will refund you (minus shipping cost) 1-2 days after we receive back the packet.

If by accident your packet came visibly damaged, do not open it, but send us a photo of it and return it to us (all our lamps are send with return option) and we'll either refund you or send you the new item.
